This Project is an UX and UI restructuring from the Samsung Store on Amazon. The purpose was to increase visits to Samsung PDPs across categories and ranges, improve shopper experience and engagement , increase conversion and the cross-sell / up-sell and produce at the same time a positive or neutral impact on search ranking.

My role:

  • Design a ‘customized Samsung’ Amazon PDP wireframe for Amazon Lab testing
  • Wireframe from Mobile and desktop versions
  • Development from recommendations for A/B testing and user testing
  • Develop KPI framework for testing

2.0 Product Suggestions

Goal: Present to the customer the similar purchasing options within Samsung’s portfolios. Depending on the product, it is also possible to integrate into it the Cross-sellings options.

Version A

  • Slider Format
  •  Use the current Amazon design solution, but shows only Samsung products ( don’t suggest concurrence)
  •  Takes less vertical space -the user needs to scroll less to access the full content)
  • Take advantage of user familiarity with amazon design to build trust – less advertising impression

Version B

  • Grid Format
  • Use the current Amazon design solution, but shows only Samsung products ( don’t suggest concurrence)
  • Offer a better portfolio overview
